Returns Policy
If you receive and incorrect item or defective item please contact us straight away. If any parts are missing we will deliver these free of charge within 7 working days. If it is an incorrect or defective item, we will provide you with a full refund if we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. If you change your mind after your shed has been shipped and want to cancel your order there will be a 25% restocking fee and a freight charge of $98.
Shipping
We offer HOME DELIVERY for a small fee to metro areas within Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth that are within 50kms of their respective city. Delivery times are 7-21 days.
Alternatively, we can ship your shed to your closest depot FREE OF CHARGE (except Tasmanian depots - there is a $80 delivery fee to depots) for you to pick up. For further details on home delivery or picking up from a depot call 1300 914 494.
Once the order has been dispatched from the manufacturer's factory, we will email you letting you know the details, including phone number and address of the depot where your order is going.
If your order isn't in stock, we will notify you immediately, which will result in a small delay to the delivery of your order.
